Aqua Ocean Orange Skye

My husband's favourite colour is orange. My favourite colour is aqua . We were married in 2005 under a very special tree, with our wedding rings strung from a branch with an orange ribbon and an aqua ribbon.

This year Forest Floor Beanies and costumes evolved. The need for an outlet to manage my stress levels caring for a child with a genetic disorder was greatly needed.

Our daughter has Autoimmune Lymphoprolyphrative Syndrome or A.L.P.S for short. We as yet do not know of anyone in Australia who has this syndrome. It is very rare. Harper needs constant management to make sure she does not become anemic.

Wow time flies !! It is September and Christmas material has hit spotlight.
A quick rap up of the last three months. I did a monthly market at Semaphore SA and sold some beanies. The second time around I sold some tutu's and tie dyed baby singlets. The singlets were a big turn over. I sewed felt shapes on the front of the singlets such as dolphins and guitars.

This month I am having a go at the Fullarton markets. I am busy making tutu's, fairy cuffs and quilted fairy wing singlets.

As well as all this we reduced Harper's medication and her blood level dropped a bit quicker than we all anticipated. In a nut shell I have been quite stressed. Harper is well again and its back to the drawing board to see what dosage she can stay on.
